One-Pan Gnocchi Puttanesca

Ingredients

  • 500 g shelf gnocchi
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp olives
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • Chili flakes
  • Olive oil, parsley

Steps

    Crisp the gnocchi in olive oil straight from the pack; set aside.

    Bloom garlic and chili in more oil; add tomatoes, olives, capers.

  3. 3

    Simmer 8 minutes until thick and glossy.

  4. 4

    Return gnocchi, toss, and finish with parsley.
