Gochujang Honey Salmon Bites
Ingredients
- 450 g salmon, cubed
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Rice + cucumbers to serve
- Sesame seeds
Steps

Whisk gochujang, honey, soy and sesame oil into a glaze.

Toss the salmon cubes to coat.

Air-fry or broil ~7 minutes until caramelized at the corners.

Serve over rice with cold crunchy cucumbers and sesame.
