Crispy Black Bean Smash Tacos
Ingredients
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 lime
- 1 avocado
- Quick-pickled red onion
- Neutral oil
Steps

Mash beans roughly with cumin, paprika, salt and a squeeze of lime.

Spread a thin layer on each tortilla, fold, and press flat.

Pan-fry in a little oil until shatteringly crisp on both sides.
