Cold Sesame Cucumber Noodles
Ingredients
- 300 g wheat noodles
- 3 tbsp tahini or sesame paste
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp black vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 smashed cucumbers
- Chili oil, scallions
Steps

Cook noodles, rinse cold, and drain well.

Whisk sesame paste, soy, vinegar, sugar and a splash of water into a sauce.

Toss noodles and smashed cucumbers through the sauce.

Finish with chili oil and scallions. Eat cold, preferably standing.
