Blistered Tomato Burrata Flatbread

Ingredients

  • 2 flatbreads or naan
  • 300 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 ball burrata
  • Handful of basil
  • Olive oil, flaky salt, honey

Steps

    Roast tomatoes with olive oil at 240°C until they blister and slump.

    Crisp the flatbreads in the same oven, 4–5 minutes.

    Spoon over the tomatoes and all their juices.

    Tear the burrata on top, add basil, flaky salt, and the tiniest drizzle of honey.
